Shipping:

We offer Free US Shipping within the 48 contiguous states for orders over $99. We offer affordable shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. We ship worldwide. Please email info@famokids.com to get international shipping quote. We fulfill orders next business day. We ship from Los Angeles, California. The transit time is usually 3-5 business days. We cannot ship to PO or APO addresses. 

Exchange:

To save your exchange cost, before placing the order, if you’re debating for colors and patterns, please email info@famokids.com for additional photos/videos and we’re happy to help. After you received the package, check the color and pattern before opening the shrink wrap to make sure it is what you want. If the shrink wrapping is broken, you will be responsible for a $5 restocking fee. As with any product, color variations are possible due to lighting, distance from view, floor type, and associated furniture. You are responsible for the exchange/return shipping fee if you determine the colors are not your preference.

If you want to exchange a product, please return the unopened item for a refund within 15 days from purchase date and place a new order. Shipping fee to the customer is not returnable. Customers will be responsible for return shipping. Estimated cost is $18-$50 depends on location and shipping method. To help you calculate the shipping cost, our basic set (4ft x 6ft) play mat is 26 '' x 26 '' x 4 '', and weights 6.35 lbs.

We do not offer exchange for all international orders. It will be final sale.

Return:

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may email info@famokids.com to file return within 15 days from purchase date.

You may get a refund for unopened merchandise. There will be a $5 restocking fee if you open the package (the shrink wrap). Shipping fee to the customer is not returnable.

Returned products must be sent back in perfect condition and undamaged packaging. Once we received the returned item in good condition you will get a full refund to the same payment method you used to place your order. We reserve the right to not offer a full refund if the returned item is missing parts or damaged.

We cannot accept return after 15 days from purchase date.

Warranty:

We offer One-Year Limited Warranty to Famokids foam play mat. If you believe you received a defective foam play mat, please email info@famokids.com to request warranty replacement. Warranty requests are handled on an individual basis. We reserve the right to refuse warranty service to any customer who does not follow recommended product use and care or does not adhere to our warranty policy.

We do not offer warranty for all international orders. It will be final sale.
